Eva Longoria Inspired: Neon Pink Jeans

Happy Friday!  I am participating in another link up with Ebony from The Fashionista Next Door.  This look is inspired by one of my favorite Latina's Eva Longoria, I think she is just one of the prettiest Latina's in Hollywood.  Her style is always very classy, and sometimes simple but what makes her look so beautiful and sexy is that she is always smiling.  Why not smile even if you aren't feeling all that happy?  I bet if you started smiling despite of whatever may be happening around you, you would start felling happy and thankful just to be alive and well.

Blouse: Burlington Coat Factory
Purse: C/O Justfab
Jeans: Rue 21
Shoes: Shanny from Shoedazzle

Please excuse the palm tree's in the background, we need to trim them they are starting to dry out a little.  So the look today is pink jeans.  I love these neon pink jeans I purchased last year from Rue 21 on clearance, I believe I payed under $10 for them.  They are my favorite pair of jeans, the color is so pretty and they are so comfortable.

I love this bag!  I received it as a gift when I visited the Justfab office back in January.  Isn't it pretty?  The snakeskin print is not to overwhelming, and the cute stone detailing on the clasp adds that special girly touch to this bag.

Shanny from Shoedazzle, I have to say that I think I will really get some great use out of these heels!  I needed a low pair of white heels, and these are so easy to wear.  I really like that they are not just plain white heels, they pretty cut outs make them stand out.  If you have wide feet like me go up .5 size if you don't have wide feet they should fit true to size.  These heels are also available in a pretty neon pink color, use my link and get 20% off your first purchase!

Mommy & Me: Easter Inspired with A Style In Progress

I am so excited to share this post that I worked on with Trinnah from: A Style In Progress.  I have been wanting to add a more mom friendly section to my blog "Mommy & Me", for a while now.   I have been following Trinnah on her blog and on Istagram, and we have so much in common.   I  thought that she would be the perfect blogger to collaborate with since we both love fashion, shoes, and shopping on a budget!  We are also both moms, she has the cuttest little girl Mia, who I just love and I thought that it would be fun to work together.

For this Mommy & Me edition we decided to do two looks for Easter, one for an Easter egg hunt, and the second look is an outfit that we would wear on Easter Sunday to go to church.  I really love the florals and pastels that Trinnah used in both her and her daughter's looks.   Her daughter is so adorable, she looks so much like Trinnah!

I decided to wear one of my favorite dresses a I own, a cream lace dress I purchased at Kohl's on clearance last year. The only new items I have in this outfit are my yellow wedged sandals Gianna from JustFab on clearance, and my clutch Riviera also from Justfab.  My daughter's Violet and Nicole are wearing dressed I purchased for them at Walmart each under $6.  I loved the pretty flowers, and I found the perfect yellow sandals to bring out the yellow flowers on their dresses at Target on clearance for under $5 each.

I really loved the detail in the back of the dresses.

This was my favorite picture of Violet & Nicole!  My little Violet was not happy and did not want to take pictures, she kept telling me she'd rather play in the water, but she was a good sport and hung in there for the pictures only because I promised her a candy afterward.  Sweets, it get's them every time!

I really love this picture of Nicole and I, she is my little helper, I don't know what I would do with out her!

I love this picture!  It must be because I really love shoes, lol I can't help it!!!

This is our Easter church outfit.  Nicole is wearing a super adorable pink polka dot dress I found her while thrifting, and I only paid $3.99!  I love this dress I found at Forever 21 last year, I believe it was about $24.  It is so pretty and feminine with the ruffles and polka dots.  My daughter Violet is wearing a cute aqau polka dot dress I found her at Kmart, on sale for only $9.99!  I need to go back and buy my girls some more dresses, I just love all the kids clothes at Kmart.

My two beautiful princesses.

Necklace: gift
Purse: Belladazzle
Dress: Forever 21 $24
Shoes: Shoedazzle $16

My heels are Shanny from Shoedazzle, I purchased them with a coupon they sent me so I only payed $16 for these shoes.  These are the perfect white shoes for Spring!

White Jeans & Mint Blazer

Happy Friday!  I have to be honest, today I started off on the wrong side of the bed, I woke up grumpy, I was rushing around and I am having a bad hair!  Ultimately the only person who has control over my attitude is me, so too bad if I am not having a good hair day, I choose to have a great day today!   The sun is shinning, my kids are happy and healthy, and I am alive.  I am truly blessed in every way, so today I thank God for another day of life.  Things may not go our way some days even most days, but we have the choice to make the best out of what we have!

Today is Style Me Friday: white jeans link up.  I decided to do this challenge since I have white jeans, and I haven't worn them in a while.  I am using a thrifted tweed blazer, it has pretty mint and blues tones in it.  My purse is a grey Melie Bianco bag from Little Black bag, one of my favorites.  My t-shirt is an old shirt from NY&CO, and my shoes are Naples from Justfab.  I featured Naples last week on my blog here.  I love Naples so much I ordered the pink one's and they should be here today!  I feel like this look has a little bit of a business casual feel to it, what do you think?

I hope you have a fabulous Friday, and if you haven't yet please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!

Mint & Cream: Hello Spring!

Hello Spring!  Oh yes I can finally say that, all this time wishing it would be here and here it is.  I started organizing my clothes yesterday and putting away my winter clothes in bins.  Make room for all the fun spring dresses and bright colors I love it!  Although I am sure we will still have rainy days, as long as the sun is out and shinning I will take advantage.  It also occurred to me that I have no excuse for pale legs here in Arizona, I need to start soaking in some sun!  I am determined to get a nice bronzed tan this summer.  What are you looking forward to doing this Spring and Summer?

Necklace: Rue 21 $2
Dress: Forever 21 $15
Belt: Rue 21
Purse: JustFab
Heels: Shoedazzle $18

I love this pretty coral necklace I found at Rue 21 a few weeks ago on clearance, it adds just a little pop of color to my mint and cream outfit.

This is such a cute and classic bag I have had for a while from JustFab, I believe the name is Vibrato.  I love the gold zipper detailing and the quilted pattern it has.  I love all sized bags, this one is perfect for church or a party.  The color is a perfect cream color that goes with pretty much anything.

These heels are my latest purchase from Shoedazzle, meet Beshira.  Such a pretty classy pointed toe heel, the quality of this shoe is amazing.  The shape and the quilted pattern make them so classic, these will be a definite staple in my wardrobe.  I went up .5 size like I always do in pointed toe shoes, and the fit is perfect.  I would recommend ordering your true size if you do not have a wide foot.

Floral Print Dress: Spring into Color

Is it really Monday already?  I don't know about you but I could have used a longer weekend.  Lucky me my 4 kids have Spring Break this week, so I need to figure out how to keep them busy.  It has been pretty windy here in Arizona, so I am not sure about taking them out to the park today.  I might just take them to the library today, and on Wednesday we will be going to the Spark Festival where they have a bunch of fun activities for the kids.

If you don't already know I love color, the more color in my outfit the better!  I like to take pictures for my blog with outfits that I would wear to go out on date night or ladies night, just to give you ideas.  For a more casual look, I just throw on some flats, my jean jacket and I am ready to go.  This is the very same dress I have posted about in the previous posts but in a different print.  I love the floral print, it just screams Spring!  You just cannot beat the price, and the versatility of this dress.

Bracelets: Rue 21 $2
Watch: Charming Charlies $10
Necklace: Rue 21 $3
Dress: Walmart $9.98
Purse: Kaplan from Shoedazzle
Shoes: Payson from Justfab

Payson is one of my FAVORITE shoes from Justfab, a mary jane is such a classic shoe that will be in style for a very long time.  The platform on these shoes make them comfortable for the heel height.  This is such a shoe you would want to invest in and add to your wardrobe.  This shoe is sold out online, but they have a similar shoe Nikita available in black.    If you are not yet a member of Justfab use my link to get your very first purchase 50% off!

Mint & Polkadots

Happy Friday, so happy to be so blessed and to be alive!  Never take anyone for granted, always be grateful and thankful for all the amazing and wonderful things in your life.  Whenever I start trying to feel sorry for myself, my mom always reminds me that it could be worse.  Instead of thinking about all the bad things that happen in life, when you sit down and think of all the great things that you have in your life suddenly your problems seem so small and not so big anymore.  Take time to appreciate and treasure all the important people in your life!

Okay, so now moving on to my OOTD.  Originally I wanted to try and make an outfit with yellow and mint and maybe some pink, but then I decided to try my black polka dot dress with this and I loved it!  Black and white is going to be big this season,  I love that you can pretty much add any color to black and white to make it pop.  If there is something you can invest into your wardrobe this season, I would definitely recommend investing in a black and white dress!  You might even have something in your closet that can use some revamping, you just need to play with your accessories.

When I find a dress or anything that really works for me, I buy it in different colors.  I found this dress at Walmart and it was only $9.98, I posted the pink with black hearts last week.  I went back this week and got 3 more in different patterns.  The most important thing to remember is to find something that will flatter your figure not all clothes are flattering on everyone!  If you know your body and what works for it, then shopping will be a breeze.

Necklace: Little Black Bag
Purse: Rue 21 $6.49
Dress: Walmart Polka dot $9.98
High Heels: Naples from Justfab $39.99

I instantly knew when Justfab released these shoes that I needed to add them to my collection, mint and ankle straps oh yeah I needed them!  These are high heels, but the platform in the heel make them very comfortable!  I would say that they are as comfortable as Payson from Justfab.  The name of this shoe is Naples, I think it is almost sold out in the mint, but the pink is still in stock and I think I might have to order before it sells out!  As far as sizing goes I know some ladies felt like they ran big on them, I ordered half a size up, but I have a wide foot so I usually do this for flats and open toe shoes.

I hope that you have an amazing and blessed weekend!  If you haven't yet please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!

I scored a Prabal Gurung top!

I have been feeling pretty lazy, and haven't posted any new outfits on my blog this past week.  I have just had so much going on lately!  Okay so back to blogging, I feel like I totally scored yesterday at Target as I rushed in to get some snacks for my kids and happen to pass by the women's section very quickly and there it was on the rack all alone the very last top from the Prabal Gurung collection in my size!  It was the very top I had been wanting, but they did not have my size at the Target near my house.  I took it as a sign that it was meant for me!

The top is very casual, but can be dressed up.  It is very comfortable and light weight so I know that I will definitely get great use out of it as it starts heating up here in Arizona.  I already have other outfits in mind for it, but today I just wanted to wear it casually.  I threw on my faux leather jacket, lime and gold jewelry, and my black flats.  I am ready to conquer my day as a mom, chauffeur, cook, teacher, and all the other rolls you can imagine a busy mother of 4 has!

My bracelets are from Little Black Bag.  The Bow lime bracelet by Robert Rose, the Crystal stretch bracelet is by Punch, and the True Love bracelet is by BCBGeneration.

This lovely bag I have featured on my blog before, it is Bombshell from JustFab, and it is also available in a tan color.  I ordered both and LOVE them!  This bag is the perfect bag for any on the go mom like myself, I throw everything in my bag such as coloring books, crayons, my makeup, wallet, my mini ipad, notebook, and bible!  It is very roomy.

My super cute and comfy go to black Hello Kitty flats are also from JustFab.  These sold out so quickly, I got luck and snagged the black.  I am so glad I did because they really go with everything, and they are just adorable with the cute silver Hello Kitty face!

Thank you so much for taking your time to stop by and visit my blog!  I hope you have an amazing and blessed day, and if you get a chance don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!
